The heel tip, available for all our heel styles, is the small accessory applied at the end of the heel and its function is protecting the same heel. It’s suggested to keep its wear controlled and to replace it before it’s almost consumed.
Instructions for the substitution: take off the worn heel tip, insert the new one on the central hole under the heel and fix it with the hammer.

Leather Colour:
Since the leather is natural, the colours may change slightly (darker or lighter).
We decline any responsibility in this regard.
Heels Height:
In real life measurements may differ from the one indicated of few millimetres depending on the the size of the shoe. This happens in order to maintain the right proportions and give the maximum stablity.
Fit:
The shoe fit is an indicator of the shoe wearability. It is the ratio between the width of the shoe and the height of the toes.
Configurator:
Remember that the product configurator positions the materials schematically, so there may be differences between left and right footwear.
The position of the print will be adapted to the number/heel chosen according to the direction and the foot of the leather.
The care and precision of craftsmanship of course will not be lacking!
Store in a dry place
Do not expose to temperatures below 0 degrees.
Do not over-wet the sole with water.
To avoid slipping, use castor oil if necessary.
For leathers / varnished leathers / suede: Clean with a damp cloth
For satin the recommended shade is: DYLON
